A large, charming house surrounded by wooded grounds, ideal for family reunions or get-togethers with friends, accommodating up to 15 people. Company groups or accompanied Kids are also welcome. The Holiday cottage is located in the rolling Monts du Lyonnais region, 45 minutes from Lyon and St Etienne. The living rooms are spacious and welcoming, allowing everyone to find their place. You'll appreciate the character of the ensemble (exposed beams, wooden doors, fine furniture...). Entrance hall (washing machine), separate toilet and access to the Holiday cottage via a corridor. The large, fully-equipped kitchen opens onto a terrace overlooking the garden, and is organized around a fine crafted table. It opens onto the dining room with its warm ambience (wood-burning stove). The living room is totally independent and very comfortable (large-screen TV, DVD player, wifi connection, library...). 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 4 single beds (90cm), 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (160cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm)). Bathroom, toilet. 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 3 90cm beds, private bathroom (bath + shower) and toilet; 1 bedroom with 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with 140cm bed), bathroom (bath + shower), toilet. Baby bed and complete baby equipment available. Bed linen provided. Vast 2000 m2 walled garden with covered areas for eating or relaxing, garden furniture, deckchairs, ping-pong table, barbecue, boules and racket games. Close to well-marked Hiking and mountain-biking trails, 5 km from the indoor Piscine with sauna, jacuzzi and bowling alley. Numerous possibilities for visits in the surrounding villages: Salva Terra (medieval theme park) 4 km, accrobranche 15 km, Parc animalier 10 km, Musée du Chapeau in Chazelle sur Lyon - 15 km, farm visits and sale of local produce, Lyon 45 km, banks of the Loire 20 km.
