On a wine-growing estate in the heart of the Beaujolais region, large character Holiday cottage with Piscine in a superb renovated stone house, which also includes the home of Catherine and Cédric, the owner-winemakers, and, to the rear, the winery.

With its refined interior, exposed beams, stone walls, terracotta floors and period parquet, the character of the old house has been preserved while offering the comfort and functionality of a modern home.
Half-floor: spacious living room with wood-burning stove, table soccer, kitchen, laundry/utility room (washing machine, tumble dryer). 1 bedroom (1 double bed), toilet. Upper level: living room (TV), 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom 1 double bed) (1 bedroom 3 single beds) (1 family room 1 double bed and trundle beds with shower room and toilet, baby bed on request). Shower room. WC.
Outside: balcony overlooking the village of Régnié-Durette and its church with two steeples, Mont Brouilly and Mont Blanc (on clear days).
Communal, enclosed courtyard and garden, with a private area for guests. Garden furniture, deckchairs, relaxation area, bowls, barbecue, parking.
Organic wine tasting available at the property.
Gaming room with billiard table giving access to the large, unheated Piscine (4m x 8m) shared with the owners, open from June 1 to September 15 (10am-12pm and 2pm-5pm).
Festive gatherings such as bachelor or bachelorette parties are not accepted.
