Gîte for up to 11 people on a wine estate in the heart of the Beaujolais in Régnié-Durette. This superb renovated stone house also includes the home of Catherine and Cédric, the owners, and the farm to the rear. Refined interior, with exposed beams, stone walls, terracotta floors and period parquet flooring, the character of the old house has been preserved while offering the comfort and practicality of a modern home. Half-floor: entrance (cupboard), living room with wood-burning stove, large kitchen, utility room/storeroom (washing machine, tumble dryer). 1 bedroom (1 double bed), toilet. Upper level: lounge (TV), 3 bedrooms (1 double bed) (3 single beds) (1 double bed and trundle beds, private shower room and toilet, cot on request). Shower room. WC. Outside: balcony. Shared enclosed courtyard and garden. Superb views of the village, Mont Brouilly and Mont Blanc (on a clear day). Garden furniture, deckchairs, relaxation area, bowls, barbecue, parking. Organic wine tasting available at the property. Unheated underground swimming pool (4m x 8m) shared with the owners, open from 1 June to 15 September, depending on opening hours (10am-12pm and 2pm-5pm). Festive gatherings such as bachelorette or bachelor parties are not accepted.

L'achat de la propriété en 2014 a représenté un changement de vie pour toute la famille avec la création de notre activité viticole sur le Domaine puis la création de notre gîte en 2019. L'ensemble des bâtiments date du 18e siècle et formait à l'époque une grosse propriété viticole. Le gîte était à l'origine, la partie réservée aux métayers. C'est une construction traditionnelle du Beaujolais avec ses murs en granit. Nous avons choisi de le rénover en alliant tradition et modernité : le confort moderne dans un cadre traditionnel de caractère. Les poutres apparentes, murs en pierre, tommettes donnent à l'ensemble, un grand caractère pour le plaisir de nos hôtes.

Situation idéale, calme et vielles pierres
4/5Très beau grand gite, idéal pour 3 voire 4 couples (4eme chambre sur palier avec vitrage). Salle à manger un peu juste pour plus de 8 d'ailleurs. Cuisine bien équipée, avec salon de jardin au pied de quelques marches. Piscine ouverte en saison d'été uniquement. Tarif un peu élevé pour 2 jours en période hors piscine pour 3 couples...mais sans doute un prix plus juste lors d'une location plus longue d'été. Très bon accueil dans cet endroit calme et joliment vert, par une famille de vignerons de très haut niveau, qui cultivent en biodynamie les vignes autour du gite. Situé au pied des monts du Beaulolais...A recommander !

5/5Grand gîte très agréable, très propre, confortable, bien équipé, beaucoup de charme. Escalier périlleux cependant pour de jeunes enfants : la pose d’une barrière de protection à l’étage serait sécurisante et bienvenue.
