In a small Beaujolais hamlet, just outside the village of Vauxrenard, this pretty Holiday cottage is set in a characterful stone house. The owners, winegrowers, live a few kilometers away and will be delighted to share their passion with wine lovers. Wine tasting available on request.

When you arrive on site, a parking space (1 vehicle) awaits you in the cottage's small, unenclosed courtyard. This leads directly to the front door and the first floor, which comprises an entrance hall, a first bedroom (1 double bed), a shower room and a separate toilet. A staircase leads to the first floor, where you'll find a large living room (with integrated kitchen, dining and sitting areas) opening onto the Holiday cottage's private terrace (with garden furniture and picnic table). The rest of the sleeping area is in a separate part of the house, accessed via the enclosed terrace. It includes a small hall, two other bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 Bunk beds; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), a second toilet and a washbasin.
Outside: an enclosed, tiled laundry/storeroom with washbasin, washing machine, ping-pong table and bike storage. Barbecue and deckchairs. Small enclosed meadow (700m²).
Holiday cottage reserved for tourists. Communal pétanque court 500 m away.
