Just outside Beaujeu, the historic capital of the Beaujolais region, this gîte, formerly a restaurant/pizzeria, has been completely renovated to offer you a unique and warm place to stay. Franck and his wife, who live on site, welcome you to an exceptional setting, in the heart of a vast garden with a small river giving its name to the Holiday cottage: "Le Riverside". Sleeping up to 15 people, this Holiday cottage combines the authentic charm of the past with modernity to create an elegant "industrial loft" atmosphere.
First floor: large, light-filled living room with several areas for relaxing and sharing convivial moments: a lounge with a pool table, a central area with a bar and dining area (pizza oven for decorative purposes only) and a reading area. Large living room (TV and wood pellet stove). Fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room. 2 double bedrooms (2 single beds each). Hallway with 2 identical shower rooms. 1 family bedroom (4 single beds) with private shower room. 3 WCs with washbasins. First floor: Left side of entrance: office area; 1 family bedroom (4 single beds). Right-hand side: 1 triple bedroom (3 single beds) with 1 private shower room. The Holiday cottage's 5 bedrooms are modular, with single beds that can be grouped to suit your needs. Baby bed available on request. Wood heating and reversible air-conditioning in some rooms. Outside: large enclosed parking area, 2 covered terraces ideal for spring/summer evenings. This Holiday cottage is the perfect place for a get-together. Possibility of requesting breakfast delivery (extra charge). Utilities and bed linen with beds made on arrival are included in the rental price. Optional cleaning package: 200€.
