In the heart of the Beaujolais region and in the characterful village of Salles Arbuissonnas, famous for its 10th-century Romanesque cloister, the last on the Rhône, this large Holiday cottage can accommodate up to 15 people in 4 bedrooms, each with private bathroom.
Ideal for family gatherings or get-togethers with friends, the Holiday cottage is within easy reach of Villefranche sur Saône, in an independent Semi-detached house adjoining the winegrowing estate, on the same plot as the home of owners Hélène and Franck Large, winegrowers. Tasting of the estate's wines is available on request. During your stay, you can take advantage of the two outdoor terraces and the large living room to spend pleasant moments. Ground floor: living room/kitchenette and sitting area with karaoke, video projector and table soccer, 1 bedroom with private bathroom, accessible for the disabled (2 single beds or 1 double bed). Utility room with washing machine and separate toilet, accessible with washbasin. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, each with private bathroom. 1 bedroom for 5 people: 3 single beds, possibility of combining 2 of them to make 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. 2 bedrooms for 4 people: 2 single beds or 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed in each.
At the rear of the Holiday cottage, large covered terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, ping-pong table. Enclosed grounds (grass) and terrace with view of the village. 1 person with motor disability can be accommodated (bedroom and bathroom accessible). Cleaning fee mandatory (130€) in addition to rental price, to be paid on site. The Holiday cottage is not suitable for EVG and EVJF groups. Only 1 pet allowed per stay.

Au coeur du charmant village de Salles Arbuissonnas, il vous accueille avec son épouse, Hélène, sur l' exploitation familiale et conviviale où il fait bon vivre pour y déguster ses Beaujolais-Villages rouges, rosés et blancs ainsi que ses pétillants et son jus de raisin. Sur place, en plus du gîte, accueil de camping cars.

max10 Magnifique gîte et excellent accueil
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Hélène et Franck qui nous ont présenté leur superbe gîte ainsi que les choses à voir et faire dans la région.
Le gîte est très propre, avec de très beaux volumes, des tables spacieuses pour manger dehors et dedans selon la météo, une cuisine parfaitement équipée et des loisirs pour tous (jeux de société, ping pong, baby foot, karaoké).
Nous avons passé un excellent long weekend ici, un des meilleurs gîtes que nous avons pu louer.

OLO Les motards
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte ! L’accueil des propriétaires a été chaleureux et attentionné dès notre arrivée. Le lieu est calme, très bien entretenu, et parfaitement équipé — rien ne manque.
La décoration est faite avec goût et l’ambiance est très conviviale, on s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. Mention spéciale pour la literie très confortable et la propreté irréprochable.
Le cadre est magnifique, idéal pour se ressourcer, avec de belles balades à faire aux alentours. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce gîte, que ce soit pour un week-end en couple, un séjour en famille ou entre amis.
Un grand merci encore pour cette belle expérience ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Thibaut Excellent séjour
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre we au gîte de l'Amandier. Le gîte est neuf est très spacieux, on rentre sans problèmes à 15 autour de la table dans la salle principale. Les propriétaires ont été très flexibles sur les arrivés et départ et proposent d'acheter des bouteilles de leur production. Tout parfait !

Sarah Spacieux et très bien pensé
Le gîte de l’amandier est très bien pensé . Chaque chambre est pourvu d’une salle de bain et d’un wc . Le salon est une vaste pièce.
Le gîtes est très bien décoré et très agréable .

Hélène Séjour pour Noël au gite
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le gîte .Il est agréable et très bien équipé. La partie nuit est bien séparée du reste de la maison, ce qui fait que même en étant nombreux on ne se gêne pas. Le séjour salle à manger est spacieux et agréable. La cuisine est très bien équipée , nous avons fait à manger pour 11 tous les jours. Merci à Hélène et à Franck pour leur accueil , et pour la soirée dégustation de vin ! C était très chouette ! Nous retenons l adresse pour de prochaines vacances.

Joris Excellente expérience
Aucun point négatif. L'endroit est bien équipée, charmant, pratique. C'est une belle région pour ceux qui souhaitent se balader. De plus les hôtes sont arrangeant et sympathique. La visite + dégustation de vin de Franck était une super activité.
Personnellement, j'ai adoré la grande terrasse couverte à avec la table de ping pong qui nous a permis d'avoir un moment très fun et convivial.- Cleanliness
