In the heart of the Beaujolais region and in the characterful village of Salles Arbuissonnas, famous for its 10th-century Romanesque cloister, the last on the Rhône, this large Holiday cottage can accommodate up to 15 people in 4 bedrooms, each with private bathroom.
Ideal for family gatherings or get-togethers with friends, the Holiday cottage is within easy reach of Villefranche sur Saône, in an independent Semi-detached house adjoining the winegrowing estate, on the same plot as the home of owners Hélène and Franck Large, winegrowers. Tasting of the estate's wines is available on request. During your stay, you can take advantage of the two outdoor terraces and the large living room to spend pleasant moments. Ground floor: living room/kitchenette and sitting area with karaoke, video projector and table soccer, 1 bedroom with private bathroom, accessible for the disabled (2 single beds or 1 double bed). Utility room with washing machine and separate toilet, accessible with washbasin. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, each with private bathroom. 1 bedroom for 5 people: 3 single beds, possibility of combining 2 of them to make 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. 2 bedrooms for 4 people: 2 single beds or 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed in each.

At the rear of the Holiday cottage, large covered terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, ping-pong table. Enclosed grounds (grass) and terrace with view of the village. 1 person with motor disability can be accommodated (bedroom and bathroom accessible). Cleaning fee mandatory (130€) in addition to rental price, to be paid on site. The Holiday cottage is not suitable for EVG and EVJF groups. Only 1 pet allowed per stay.
