Completely independent house (with 3 bedrooms), in the heart of a Beaujolais vineyard with shady park. Easily accessible for the disabled.

Completely independent, single-storey gîte (accessible for people with reduced mobility) with a large terrace, in the middle of a park planted with numerous species of trees, with a view of the vineyards and surrounding hills, in an outbuilding of Château de Pravins, 100 meters away. The entire property is a 10-hectare winegrowing estate that has been fully converted to organic, biodynamic and agroforestry farming methods.

First floor: spacious living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area with fireplace opening onto terrace (garden furniture).
3 bedrooms with mosquito nets (each with 2 90 x 200 or 190 cm beds that can be converted into a double bed, bed linen provided, crib available on request). Bathroom (shower with ramp, washbasin, toilet, electric towel rail). 2nd separate toilet. The fireplace in the living room provides heating in all rooms (wood supplied).
For information, only dogs over one year old are allowed in the gîte.

2nd gîte for 4 people on the property, possibility of renting both accommodations together for a family get-together or with friends.

Parking space, private access road. A reinforced socket for recharging an electric car is available for tenants.
