Just 12 km from Lyon and 2.5 km from Craponne, the Holiday cottage "La Treille" offers the ideal setting for a stay between City and Countryside. All services and shops are close at hand (pharmacy, bakery, supermarket 500 m away), while the Coteaux du Lyonnais, a veritable playground for sports and outdoor enthusiasts, is just around the corner. For all your travel needs close to the "City of Lights", this comfortable gîte, located in a quiet residential area, is sure to make your stay a pleasant one.
Set in a detached house on the same plot as the owners', the latter will be delighted to welcome you and look after your comfort. During your stay, you can enjoy a large garden planted with trees and flowers (shared), a terrace covered by a vine trellis and a second terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue for convivial or relaxing moments. You'll love the Holiday cottage's bright, functional interior. On the first floor, a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with central island and plenty of storage space lets you prepare meals just like at home. The cosy living room features a dining area and a sitting area with a decorative fireplace. A first bedroom with a single bed (in a convertible sofa) and a shower room with toilet are also on this level. Upstairs, you'll discover two additional bedrooms (1 bedroom 1 double bed 140 and 1 bedroom 1 single bed 120). The Holiday cottage is accessible on foot via a shared path, with parking nearby. An external security camera watches over the property's entrance gate. Non-smoking Holiday cottage. Umbrella bed available on request, for up to 4 people.
