Welcome to Bessenay, capital of the cherry. This 6-person Holiday cottage will make your stay as pleasant as possible, thanks to its flower-filled exterior overlooking the Countryside and its proximity to a number of regional tourist attractions.

Holiday cottage ideally located halfway between the COURZIEU wildlife park and the Couvent Ste Marie de La Tourette in EVEUX SUR L'ARBRESLE (LE CORBUSIER's work classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2016).

This character house was originally a 19th-century stone and wood farmhouse with a beautiful view over the Brévenne Valley. Easy access from Lyon (8 km from the A89). The owners live in a villa just above and have another Holiday cottage adjoining (possibility of renting the 2 accommodations for a family group, maximum capacity 14 people).

Independent access via covered terrace (garden furniture), living room with kitchenette (exposed beams), shower room, separate toilet, living room, 2 unenclosed sleeping areas each with a single bed, 1 bedroom (2 double beds, 1 baby bed). Private grassy garden with flowers and shade, table soccer, swing, picnic table, recliners. The owners were awarded the 3rd Prix des Maisons fleuries du Rhône in 2016. Parking just above the Holiday cottage or in front.

Ideal for a tourist or business trip, in the peace and quiet of the Countryside. Enjoy seasonal fruit and vegetables, including the famous Bessenay cherry, or farm produce from local producers (nearby: La Ronde Paysanne, Drive Pestre, les Jardins de Victor).
