Character house, comprising the owners' accommodation and the Holiday cottage, in the heart of nature, on the heights of Fleurie, 3km from the village. Breathtaking panoramic views over the Saône Valley and the Mont Blanc range (on certain days).

Access to Holiday cottage via outside staircase. Entrance into large living room (kitchen area, dining area, sitting area with fireplace), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room, separate toilet.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, Bed linen provided (beds made on arrival), shower room, separate wc. Plenty of storage space. Gas central heating.
Outside: enclosed wooded grounds, deckchairs, charcoal barbecue, garden furniture, portico. Parking in courtyard. Approx. 500 m unpaved access road.
The owners, winegrowers, will be delighted to offer you a tasting of their wines.
