Ground-level access from the garden via a gentle slope, or from the courtyard via outside stairs. Entrance into dayroom opening directly onto the terrace and Piscine via a large bay window (kitchen/dining/living area, wood-burning stove). Upper level: living room with sofa-bed for 2 (2 single beds, adjoining and cannot be separated), leading to bedroom (1 bed 160 x 190 cm). Washroom (washing machine) and separate toilet accessible from the bedroom. Reversible air-conditioning. Bed linen provided (beds made on arrival). Baby bed available on request.
Outside: shared paved courtyard, terrace with garden furniture, gas barbecue/plancha, relaxation area with deckchairs, shared heated swimming pool open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. from May to September, weather permitting, superb view of the Countryside. Parking available inside the property.
The owners, Catherine and Philippe, live in a Semi-detached house with their own entrance. The heating is managed remotely by the owners (guaranteed temperature of 19 degrees, with the possibility of a review if necessary).
