In the heart of the Beaujolais region, beautiful character house with private swimming pool, completely independent, stone-built, set in its own enclosed grounds.
Very comfortable interior (modern equipment combined with old-world charm) designed on several levels.
First floor: entrance via terrace (outside stairs) into living room.
Separate kitchen. Annex/laundry room including 1 shower and 2 WCs.
Spacious dining room (very large fireplace, dining area, mezzanine sitting area).
Bathroom (shower + bath).
First floor: large corridor, 5 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 single beds or 1 180cm bed), (1 bedroom with 4 single beds, 2 of which can be converted into a double bed), (3 bedrooms with 3 single beds, or 1 double bed + 1 single bed on request). Shower room. Additional shower. 2 WCS.
Baby equipment on request (cot, high chair, changing mat, baby bath).
Sports room (table tennis, table soccer, sports equipment).
Outside: private heated swimming pool (access from April to October, weather permitting), sports field, children's playground, boules area, covered terrace and uncovered terrace with garden furniture, parasols, lovely view, lawn area, large parking area.
Breakfasts available on request - please ask the owners.
Bed linen and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning included in rental rates.

Gite extraordinaire
5/5Ce gite est extraordinaire, il est très grand et fonctionnel. La piscine est superbe. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et proposent une dégustation de leur production de vin. La vue de la terrasse sur le village de Julienas est juste dingue!
Le jardin est également très bien emménagé et clos. Bref cette maison est faite pour passer d'excellent moments entre amis ou en famille, nous avons adoré notre séjour...- Cleanliness 5/5
