In the southern Beaujolais region, the Pelozane Holiday cottage is the ideal place to recharge your batteries with family or friends, while admiring the landscapes and vineyards typical of the Pays des Pierres Dorées.

Welcome to this Holiday cottage with Piscine, 1 km from the entrance to Charnay, a small village of character in the Pierres Dorées region of Beaujolais, north of Lyon. Easily accessible via the A6 and A89 freeways, it is located on the 1st floor of a stone house with superb views over the southern Beaujolais region and the Monts du Lyonnais. The owners' house is adjoining, with 2 separate entrances. Access is via outside stairs and a large terrace with pergola. The interior has been lovingly renovated, combining wood, stone and ecological plasterwork. Entrance into the large, bright dayroom (living area with micro-stereo, CD player, USB and Bluetooth port, dining area and open kitchen fully equipped with appliances). Curtained-off sleeping area (1 x 140 cm double bed, desk, bookcase). Laundry room (washing machine, freezer, plenty of storage space). Corridor leading to 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 x 2-person bed) (1 bedroom with 2 x 1-person beds that can be converted into 1 x 180 cm bed), shower room (large Italian shower) and toilet. Baby bed (Umbrella bed) on request. Wood pellet boiler heating. Outside: large, partly covered, tiled terrace adjoining the living room with gas barbecue, private area at foot of stairs, covered relaxation area with hammock and hanging chairs, bicycle storage area, private parking on the property. Facilities shared with the owners (accessible from the parking lot): heated, semi-buried Piscine with wooden structure (water depth 1.20 m) (accessible from May to September, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.) and a large play area (portico with slide and swings, teepee, soccer pitches, bowls, scooters for Kids...).
