Restored with care and elegance, this residence combines modern comfort with a warm atmosphere, offering a unique experience in every season.

A detached house, it has its own private, fully enclosed grounds, guaranteeing peace and privacy.
The heated swimming pool is open from May 1 to September 30 and promises wonderful moments of relaxation under the summer sun. It is shared with the owners, who rarely use it.
In winter, let yourself be charmed by the gentle warmth of an open fire, ideal for savoring the art of Beaujolais living.

First floor: functional, well-equipped kitchen/living room (wine cellar for wine lovers), spacious living room with open fireplace for convivial evenings, large "Red" bedroom (2 single beds or 1 double bed), shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs: Three elegant bedrooms, each with private bathroom (shower room or bathroom with toilet), and flexible sleeping arrangements (2 single beds or 1 double bed).
Bed linen and towels provided for weekly stays.

Outside: garage with laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer.

Exterior designed for relaxation:
An enclosed, unoverlooked courtyard, furnished with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and plancha, as well as a shaded area with lawn for meals or moments of relaxation.
Additional activities: ping-pong table and, of course, access to the heated swimming pool to enhance your day.

Located just 35 minutes from Lyon and close to the Burgundy region, this Holiday cottage offers easy access while being in the heart of the region's rolling countryside and emblematic vineyards.
