Holiday cottage for 12 people at the winegrower's, on the heights of the pretty village of Fleurie!

In the heart of the Beaujolais des Crus region, this large gîte for 12 people is located on a vineyard estate 1.5 km from the center of Fleurie, and comprises 3 Holiday cottages and 1 Bed and breakfast.
Housed in the same building as the owners' house, it boasts a breathtaking view over the Vineyard.

First floor: spacious day room (can accommodate up to 38 people, with a cellar atmosphere) with dining area, living room, wood-burning stove, TV.
Independent, fully-equipped kitchen (semi-professional).
First floor: ground-level access to a hall equipped with coat rack and shoe closet. 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 4 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds). All rooms are decorated in a Chalet style and have private bathroom facilities (shower, washbasin, separate toilet). Baby bed available on request. Housekeeping included in rental rates.
Outside: wooden terrace, garden furniture (same level as bedrooms). Toilet block with toilet, washbasin and washing machine.
Courtyard with wooden garden furniture, parking area, petanque area, large communal plot (1,000 m²), private helipad (N 46° 12' 02'' - E 04° 41' 23'').

Free guided tour and tasting for interested guests.
For family gatherings or groups of friends, there are also 2 other Holiday cottages on site, for 10 and 6 people (possibility of renting all 3 cottages for a total of 28 people, with meals delivered by a nearby caterer).
The owners also offer a bed and breakfast for 2 people in a 'Tiny House' (small wooden cabin) in the middle of the vineyards, as well as horse-riding facilities (meadow, paddocks).
