Direct access from the A46 freeway, exit 15 (Marennes) about 4 km away, then on the D152, you'll arrive at the Holiday cottage "La Grande Terre", located south-east of Lyon, in the Balmes Viennoises region. The owners, Ghislaine and Eric, will be delighted to welcome you to this one-storey semi-detached villa (55 m²), freshly renovated in 2025, with no direct neighbors.
Ideally located, it is 500 m from the village center and all its amenities, 400 m from Château de la Tour and its large park with children's play area, and less than 1 km from the fitness trail, pump-track and protected natural area in the commune. Inside, you'll appreciate the vast 32 m² day room with fully-equipped open kitchen, bathed in light thanks to its south-facing bay windows. The lounge area features a sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) for 2 people. The east-facing bedroom features two single beds (80 x 200 cm) that can be converted into 1 double bed (160 cm), with adjoining dressing room for optimal storage. A comfortable bathroom with shower, washbasin and washer/dryer, as well as separate WC, complete this functional and welcoming accommodation. For your comfort in winter and summer alike, the Holiday cottage is equipped with reversible air conditioning, solar-powered roller shutters in every room and mosquito screens on the windows.
