Come and stay in this large Holiday cottage for 15 people (6 bedrooms), set in a superb 19th-century mansion in the center of the village of Le Perréon, in the heart of the Beaujolais region, near the famous village of Clochemerle. Conveniently located and easy to access from the freeway (Villefranche Nord exit), close to the Château des Loges (weddings, various events...), its restaurant and cellar, this is the ideal place to discover the region for a friendly or family reunion. Fabienne and Eric, your hosts, will give you a warm welcome. They live in a wing of the building adjoining the Holiday cottage. You'll enjoy the whole place, in a family home atmosphere in the Countryside. Behind the blue shutters, you'll be charmed by the interior of the Holiday cottage, both warm and refined, with its spacious rooms and period floors.First floor: day room, living room with fireplace and piano, fully-equipped kitchen, toilet. 1st floor: -1 "Moulin à Vent" family suite comprising 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, each with private shower room/wc.
-1 "Morgon" room: 1 double bed + 1 single bed, private bathroom/wc. 2nd floor: -1 "Juliénas" family suite comprising 2 rooms: 1 room with 2 single beds and 1 room with 1 double bed + 1 single bed, each with private bathroom/wc.
-1 "Côte de Brouilly" bedroom: 1 double bed + 1 single bed, private bathroom/wc. Outside: private garden with trees, terrace and barbecue, away from neighbors. Parking in the village, opposite the Holiday cottage.
