Large 15-person Holiday cottage in a superb 19th-century residence in the village of Le Perréon, in the heart of the Beaujolais region, near the famous village of Clochemerle.
Ideal for discovering the Beaujolais region, very well located and easy to reach from the freeway exits.
Fabienne and Eric, your hosts, will be delighted to welcome you for a stay or a weekend. They live in a wing of the building adjoining the Holiday cottage.

The whole house is at your disposal, and you'll appreciate the Countryside and family atmosphere. Spacious, private garden with trees, terrace and barbecue.

Behind the blue shutters, you'll find on the first floor: a day room, a living room with fireplace and piano, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 toilet.

1st floor:
1 "Moulin à Vent" family suite with 2 bedrooms - sleeps 4 (1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, private shower room/wc),
1 "Morgon" room for 3 people (1 double bed, 1 single bed, private bathroom/wc).

2nd floor:
1 "Juliénas" family suite comprising 2 rooms - 5 people (1 room - 2 single beds and 1 room - 1 double bed, 1 single bed, private bathroom/wc).
1 "Côte de Brouilly" room - 3 people (1 double bed, 1 single bed, private bathroom/wc).
Bed linen provided.
30% surcharge for bank holidays and the end-of-year period, with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
