Right in the heart of the Pilat Regional Nature Park, this 32-person Group holiday cottage offers a warm and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for a get-together with family or friends. Easily accessible (close to Vienne, Condrieu and Givors), it offers a green and relaxing setting, with a vast wooded plot, entirely enclosed and shaded. Ample parking is available.

On the first floor, you'll find a large, convivial 70 m² room with a bar area, as well as a fully-equipped, self-service professional kitchen.
Upstairs (accessible on the same level): 2 family rooms and 4 dormitories (1 accessible room for the disabled: 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed and 1 baby bed, private bathroom (with toilet), 1 room with 4 single beds, 3 dormitories for 5 people each and 1 dormitory with lower beds for 9 people). 2 sanitary areas, each with 3 showers, 2 toilets and 5 washbasins.

The living area opens onto a pleasant, shaded terrace with wooden garden furniture. On-site, 6 trapper's cabins (each sleeping 8) provide additional sleeping capacity, and rooms can be rented for up to 160 people (extra charge - please ask the owner).
