Gîte for group of 15 people, in a character set of 17th century buildings, at the heart of the Beaujolais vineyards, 12 km from Villefranche. On site, second group gîte for 46 people in an adjoining building. Totally separate access, private garden. Ground floor: large character living room (65 sq.m.), lounge area (fireplace), kitchen. Toilet facilities (shower, washbasin, wc). 1st floor : open room with lounge area (sofa, TV) and sleeping area (2 sets of bunk beds), shared toilet facilities (washbasins, 3 showers and 3 toilets). 2nd floor: bedroom/dormitory with 5 single beds, 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds in each. Sheltered playground with vews of the vineyards, sets of garden furniture. Rates : 2 nights 700 euros, 3 nights 800 euros, 4 nights 900 euros. Extra charge for heating if needed : 190 euros for 2 nights, 230 euros for 3 nights. Ask the owners for a six-nights rental.
