Ideal for families or groups of friends, in a pleasant, relaxing setting in the Haut Beaujolais, this independent communal Group holiday cottage (Jeunesse et Sport and Éducation Nationale approved), is located in the immediate vicinity of 6 other holiday cottages. It is housed in a wooden building overlooking the Propières Lake.
On-site fishing (Swimming not permitted), picnic area, pétanque and volleyball courts, playground (slide, swings) and fitness trail.

First floor: Ground-level access: entrance hall, spacious dining room with sitting area (with sofas and wood-burning stove), dining area for up to 44 people, professional kitchen, utility room, 1 handicapped-accessible bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 shower rooms including handicapped-accessible WC.

First floor: Corridor leading to 6 bedrooms for 4 people (2 x 2 Bunk beds in each), 1 double bedroom (2 single beds) and shared bathroom facilities (2 x 3 washbasins, 2 WCs and 2 showers). Wood and electric heating, telephone, WIFI access.

Outside, balcony overlooking the Lake, mountain bike room (31.5 m²), meadow and many green spaces shared by all the site's accommodations.
Parking nearby (for 15 vehicles).

Sheet hire on request: €7.15 / bed.
Meals can be delivered by a local caterer.
Housekeeping package available: €250, otherwise end-of-stay cleaning to be done by occupants.
