At an altitude of 830m, south-west of Lyon in the Pays Mornantais region, this Holiday cottage is located just outside the village of St André la Côte, along the small dead-end road to Font Bénite: the starting point for numerous hiking trails that criss-cross the village, including the GR7 and the climb to Signal (950m), the highest point in the Monts du Lyonnais.

Originally an old barn built entirely of local stone, this Holiday cottage has been tastefully renovated by its owners (3 sisters), who were keen to preserve this family heritage inherited from their grandparents and parents.

First floor: fitted kitchen, WC, storeroom/laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer).

Upstairs: 1 large bedroom (2 single beds, extra bed available at extra cost: €20/person/night) private bathroom, separate toilet, hallway, large living room with balcony, TV.

2nd floor: large hallway opening onto 2 attic bedrooms (2 single beds in each), shower room, separate WC and access to a small private 50m² shaded adjoining garden (not enclosed) at the rear of the house, with garden furniture, 2 deckchairs, table and bench for Kids. A charcoal barbecue is at your disposal.

For your convenience, a small utility room can be made available on request (to store a few bikes, for example).
A boules pitch and picnic area are just 30m away for convivial aperitifs.
Parking available in front of the house (1 space) or 10m away, or in a small parking lot 40m away.
Fiber-optic Internet access.

As the Holiday cottage is adjoining, it is not suitable for festive gatherings.
