Welcome to Cogny, in the heart of the Pierres Dorées Beaujolais region! Just 45 kms from Lyon and close to Villefranche-sur-Saône, this character-filled Holiday cottage opens the doors to an authentic winegrowing estate (including the owners' living quarters and the winery), where the golden stone lights up at sunset and every window opens onto a natural scene. Step through the gate into the shared courtyard, and you'll find yourself in spacious, elegant and welcoming self-catering accommodation.
Sylvie and Bertrand, your hosts and passionate winegrowers, will be delighted to share their know-how with you: on request, you can taste the estate's wines and visit the farm. Ground floor: a vast, light-filled living room opening directly onto the terrace, with a convivial dining area, a cosy living room with fireplace and flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Upstairs: on the mezzanine level, a cosy relaxation area with sofa and desk area, three comfortable bedrooms with period parquet floors (including a master suite with private shower room/wc and king-size bed), a double bedroom (1 bed in 1.60) and a bedroom with two single beds. Outside, you'll find a private terrace, ideal for al fresco dining with garden furniture and barbecue, offering exceptional views over the Vineyard. Below, a garden with 1 shared area invites you to relax, with deckchairs, garden furniture and a pétanque court. Here, everything is included so that you only have one thing to do: enjoy. Sheets, linen, end-of-stay cleaning... we take care of everything!
