Both close to A6 motorway exits, shops and 300 m from vineyards, single level gite ideally located. At the back of owners' modern house, on the ground floor, with private sun terrace. Lovely decorated, warm welcome. Small entrance hall leading to the living room (kitchen area, dining area, lounge area with sofa bed providing extra sleeping arrangement), the shower room and Wc on one side, and a sleeping area with 2 connecting rooms in a row on the other side (1 twin-bedded room) (1 double-bedded room). Cot on request. Outdoors : private terrace with garden furniture, sunshade, barbecue. Shared : enclosed shady garden (large grassy area), play area (trampoline, sandpit, swing), boules court, washing machine and table tennis in owners' garage. Parking on the property. Hot tub shared with owners available from June 21st to August 31st (4-seater, 160 cm in diameter, extra fixed charge for use : 10€/day). Hiking trails nearby.

5/5Second time we stay in the Gite. The hosts are very discreet and make you feel really welcome. The places is spacious, well equipped and really clean. Perfect for our needs in a quiet spot.

Séjour agréable !
4/5Séjour agréable. Beau jardin avec équipements pour en profiter.
Le logement est en réalité le sous/sol-RDC de la maison des propriétaires. Toilettes et salle d’eau très petites. VMC bruyante et peu efficace. Chambre parentale accessible en passant par l’autre chambre uniquement.
Mais maison fonctionnelle et bien isolée de la chaleur extérieure, pratique et très bien pour quelques jours et propriétaires sympathiques.

Deux précisions :
1-Il ne s'agit pas d'un sous-sol mais d'un rez- de- jardin avec de larges fenêtres et une porte-fenêtre .
2- La VMC sera effectivement changée cet hiver. -

5/5Gîte très bien décoré agréable, supermarché à proximité (5mn en voiture). juste un bémol le bruit de la route un peu désagréable ... Mais avons quand même bien apprécié le barbecue et le jardin.
