In the heart of the Beaujolais region, near Villefranche/Saône, this pretty Holiday cottage on a winegrowing estate fully converted to Organic Agriculture, Biodynamics and Agroforestry is set in a listed architectural ensemble of great character: the Château de Pravins. The owners live on site. Fitted out with natural, healthy materials (hemp insulation, double-glazing, wood framing, ancient terracotta tiles), the house combines modern comfort with an ancient structure.

Access to the Holiday cottage is via the park and the private terrace (small barbecue), overlooking the vineyards, the park, the surrounding hills, the Ain plain, the Jura mountain range and Mont Blanc, visible on a clear day. Entrance via a hallway (closet) with sanitary facilities (shower room/WC). First floor: kitchen with dining area, small shower room/WC. First floor: mezzanine with sitting area and sleeping area (2 single beds 90X200cm, convertible into 1 double bed), 1 small bedroom (2 beds 80X190cm, convertible into 1 double bed, crib available on request). All upstairs windows are fitted with mosquito nets. Washing machine in the owners' laundry room in the courtyard.
A reinforced socket for recharging an electric car is available to tenants. Parking spaces.

2nd Holiday cottage for 6 people nearby on the property (separate plot), possibility of renting both accommodations together for a family get-together or with friends. On-site visits and tastings of the estate's organic wines (free) are available on request from the owner.
