In Oullins, in the Lyon Metropolis, this beautiful house is located in a quiet residential area, very close to public transport (quick and easy access to Lyon Centre).

The house includes 2 furnished City Break apartments for 4 people on the upper floor with independent access (outside and inside staircases, then a landing serving the 2 apartments with a library area). The 2 accommodations can be rented separately or together for up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. Breakfast can be provided on request in a shared dining room with wood-burning stove (supplement €10/person).

Meublé N° 2, City Break 'Albizia': kitchen area, 2 double bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 90 x 200cm beds that can be converted into a double bed if required, dining area) (1 bedroom with 1 160 x 200cm bed that can be separated into 2 single beds if required, lounge area, desk). Bathroom with toilet.
Reversible air conditioning in each room. Bed linen and towels provided at no extra charge. Housekeeping included.

Outside: paved, shaded terrace shared by the 2 apartments, with garden furniture. Access to the owners' garden (enclosed), planted with trees and flowers.
Shared facilities available: boules pitch, trampoline, slide, table tennis, swings, electric griddle, charcoal barbecue, deckchairs. Swimming Spa (2 m x 4 m) and Jacuzzi (4 places) (open only from April 1 to October 31) accessible at no extra charge (access possible for a maximum of 2 hours, between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., with the owners' permission). For the comfort of all users, hygiene and safety rules must be observed, as set out in the internal regulations.
