Conveniently located just 6.5 km from Lyon-Saint-Exupéry Airport and its TGV train station, 5 minutes from the Rocade Est and 15 km from the center of Lyon, and close to the Eurexpo International Convention Center, which hosts numerous trade shows throughout the year.

In a residential area close to the heart of the village of Genas, the house, which comprises 2 year-round rental units and the Holiday cottage, has a fenced garden with electric gate, a shared courtyard and several parking spaces. Entirely renovated with care and elegance, the Holiday cottage offers a warm atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. Sandrine, the owner, who lives nearby, offers you a warm welcome and is available throughout your stay. On the first floor, you'll find a lovely, convivial living room with a comfortable lounge, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. Upstairs, two welcoming bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and ample storage space) and a shower room with WC complete the accommodation. Everything has been thought of for a peaceful stay: fully-equipped, underfloor heating on the first floor and electric heating on the first floor, for optimum comfort. Bed linen, towels and household linen supplied, utilities included. Private terrace with garden furniture.
