In the heart of the small Lyonnais village of Chambost-Longessaigne, close to the Loire department and easily accessible from the A89 motorway, you'll love this contemporary, spacious 4-person Holiday cottage, tastefully decorated with a "Birds and Trees" theme. Very spacious, large living area of 67 m².

Located in a completely independent wooden house on its own wooded grounds, close to owner Odile's home, where you'll receive a warm welcome. Access is on one level, making this accommodation accessible to people with disabilities.
A covered balcony/gallery runs the length of the south-facing facade, offering guests several areas for rest and conviviality (with garden furniture and deckchairs).
Living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with wood pellet stove. Unobstructed view, bright interior thanks to numerous windows. Relaxation/reading area opening onto covered terrace. 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), shower room, separate toilet, laundry room.
Baby equipment on request (cot, high chair, bath, changing mat).
The house is not overlooked, with a direct view of the outdoors and the village below.
All shops in neighboring Panissières, 5 km away. Large garden. Parking space.

In the main house, another Holiday cottage for 6 people. Possibility of reserving both accommodations (for a total of 10 people).

This Holiday cottage is ideal for short breaks, weekends or vacations, less than an hour from Lyon, in a superb Countryside setting, with plenty of opportunities for walks and leisure activities for all the family.
The owners prefer arrivals on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays to other days of the week.
