It's close to all the shops and 1.7 km on foot from the SNCF train station.
It is set out on 3 levels, in a character house semi-detached from the owners' parents' home.

First floor: shared garage with access to the Holiday cottage via interior staircases (washing machine, tumble dryer, parking for 1 car).
First floor: day room (living area with flat-screen TV and DVD player, dining area and kitchen area), utility/storage room, WC.
Upper floor: hallway, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed) (2 pull-out beds) (2 single beds), shower room including WC.
Bed linen provided at no extra charge. Baby equipment on request (cot, bath, high chair, changing mat). Games console available.
Outside: shared gravel and lawn area, with private terrace, garden furniture and parasol. Ping-pong table and electric barbecue available. Street parking (free) or garage parking (on request).
Voie Verte at the end of the street (access to Beaujeu 15 km).
Nearby: Monts du Beaujolais, Hameau Duboeuf (vineyard and wine theme park), Touroparc (zoo and amusement park). A6 freeway exit ( n°30) 1.5 km, Lyon Centre 46 km.
