Just 30 km from Lyon, easily accessible from the A89 motorway, set in the green hills of the Lyonnais and 3 km from the village of Savigny, this large, charming Holiday cottage, housed in a building that also includes the host's house, opens its doors to you for a stay dedicated to comfort, sharing and Wellbeing. Ideal for family reunions or get-togethers with friends, it welcomes you all year round in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Independent access from the parking lot below.

The Holiday cottage's real asset is its private Wellbeing area with heated indoor swimming spa (6 x 2.60 m), which promises relaxation all year round.
It opens directly onto the shaded terrace, ideal for prolonging moments of outdoor relaxation.
The Holiday cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 20 people in its 7 bedrooms, one of which is fully adapted for disabled guests.
First floor: large living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and convivial lounge, toilet, 1 PMR bedroom with independent access (1 bed 1.60, 1 extra bed 1 person), large private bathroom (shower, toilet and washbasin).
The first floor comprises 6 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and 2 separate wc: A first sleeping area with 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 3 single beds and 1 family room with a double bed and sofa bed), shower room and separate wc.
Then a space with 3 bedrooms for 2 people (single beds) and 1 duplex family room (1 sofa bed and 2 single beds on the mezzanine), shower room and separate wc. Baby bed available for younger guests.
Large terrace with garden furniture. Petanque court, ping-pong table, swing and slide for Kids. Parking lot.
