Entrance via the terrace (1 external step) into the living area: dining area (pool table), lounge area (comfortable sofa convertible into a 2-person 160 x 200 cm bed, HD TV with SFR box) and fully-equipped kitchen area (access via 2 steps). Bathroom including toilet.

On request: access to the owners' laundry room (with washing machine and tumble dryer), baby bed (Umbrella bed) and 1-person extra bed (to enable separate sleeping arrangements).
To enable you to make the most of your stay at no extra cost, electricity and heating charges (electric), bed linen, towels and household linen, bath towels for the Piscine and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the rental rates.

Outside: gravel terrace, garden furniture for 2, parasol and breathtaking views of the Vineyard Beaujolais, the Alps and Mont Blanc (on clear days). Private pétanque court, table tennis and darts. Gas plancha available on request. Private parking nearby.
Owners' swimming pool (8 m x 5 m, 1.5 m deep, accessed via a 4-step staircase from the terrace) open from June 01 to September 15 (weather permitting) and from 09:00 to 20:00. Deckchairs. Large shared plot with fruit trees, lawn and wooden terrace.
