Adjoining the owners' house (who will give you a warm welcome), it has completely independent access and grounds. Lovely views (as far as Mont Blanc on a clear day). Warm, bright and tastefully decorated interior.

First floor (exterior staircase with covered entrance): spacious living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds). Shower room. Separate WC.
Small utility room with washing machine on first floor.
Limited Wifi access (low-speed connection).
Rental prices include bed linen, electricity and heating (year-round wood-fired heating with logs or pellets).

Outside: private, enclosed grassy garden with trees, garden furniture and barbecue. Paved area (parking possible for 1 vehicle).
