Set in the heart of the countryside, this large, completely independent Holiday cottage is housed in a renovated farmhouse built of local stone (pink granite and Charlieu stone). The owners, who are passionate about nature, horses and bicycles, will welcome you on site and can suggest activities on their equestrian farm, around 500 m away. Characterful interior (country style, stone walls, exposed beams, parquet flooring, period floor tiles, antique furniture, large open spaces...). 1st level: large entrance hall, bathroom (bath and shower), separate toilet. Spacious living room with fully-equipped kitchen and dining area. Lounge area (2 relaxation areas) open onto the dayroom. Lower level: living room with summer kitchen (direct access to the garden) and lounge area (sofa convertible into a comfortable double bed), storeroom.
Upper level: mezzanine (2 single beds), corridor, 4 bedrooms (2 doubles with 1 160 cm bed in each) (2 triples: 1 double mezzanine bed + 1 single bed in one and 1 double and 1 single mezzanine bed in the other), bathroom (bath + shower), separate toilet. Housekeeping included. Bed linen and towels provided. Baby bed on request. Outside: covered courtyard with access to technical room (wood and gas boilers), plenty of space all around with lovely views (2300 m², not enclosed), garden furniture, barbecue (charcoal), swing, private above-ground swimming pool (not heated) accessible from June to September depending on weather (5 m x 3.80 m, 1.20 m deep), parking in courtyard (for 4 cars). Montchervet farm 100 m away with direct sale of farm produce. Electric mountain bikes and fat bikes available for hire from the owners. Pin Bouchain climbing site nearby.
