The GOULAPIE site is located at an altitude of 700 m, on 7,000 m² of land.
Overlooking the valley from which it takes its name, the site enjoys a beautiful panorama of the Monts d'Auvergne: from the Puy de Sancy to the Puy de Dôme.
A group of warmly-colored stone houses, restored in keeping with the character of the Livradois rural habitat.
