Well-located apartment on the 2nd and top floor of a five-unit building in the heart of La Bourboule, the famous Auvergne spa town on the banks of the Dordogne.
Ideal location for a wide range of activities: Hiking, winter sports at the Plateau de Charlannes (cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, Nordic walking), cultural visits to La Bourboule Belle Epoque, family activities at the Parc Fenestre with its many attractions.
The functional apartment comprises :
- a living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining room and sitting area
- a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm) (one child under 9 years old will be accepted free of charge)
- a bathroom with WC
Unenclosed shared outdoor area with barbecue and table.
Carport.
Please note that the owners only allow a maximum of one pet in their Holiday cottage = 30€/week, 4,30€/day.

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances dans la région du Puy de Sancy. De belles randonnées, les Auvergnats sont agréables et serviables.
