Ideally located in the heart of La Bourboule, this comfortable apartment is close to the town center, shops and Hiking trails.
You can enjoy a wide range of activities in the surrounding area: Hiking, mountain biking, Alpine skiing or Cross-country skiing at Le Mont-Dore and on the Charlannes plateau, or relaxing in La Bourboule's Parc Fenestre.
The apartment is on the 1st floor (no elevator) and comprises :
- a living room with through-illumination
- a fitted kitchen opening onto the living room and dining room
- a living room opening onto the balcony
- bedroom with 160cm bed and dressing room
- a shower room
- a toilet
Please note that the owner, a certified Wellbeing massage practitioner, can offer you a truly relaxing moment on request. Back, foot and face massages at €25 for 40 minutes, or a full body massage (back, legs, feet, neck, skull) at €45 for one hour.
Discounts are available for 3-week spa stays, with 10% off in March, April, May, June, September and October, and 5% off in July and August.

Très bon séjour à La Bourboule. L'appartement était idéalement situé proche du centre-ville et des Thermes. Nous avons apprécié le confort de l'appartement très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Les propriétaires ont été accueillants et soucieux de notre confort. Nous recommandons à 100%.

Green lady Bel appartement
Appartement près du centre ville, proche des commerces dans une rue calme. Insonorisation, sécurité et vmc au top. Lumineux et décoré avec goût.
