For holidays between town and country in a gîte with swimming pool! You are a stone's throw from Clermont-Ferrand thanks to public transport and at the same time in a small, lively town with a privileged setting: a rich natural and built heritage, a cultural dynamism with the Sémaphore performance hall (From October to May , the cultural season of the City of Cébazat deploys the whole palette of live arts with around thirty theater, circus, dance and music shows to discover.) and a dense economic activity with many local shops. Not to be missed, the unmissable event of local cébazaire life, the market which takes place every Thursday and Sunday morning on the Place of town. You will stay in a gite completely renovated in 2019 located on the garden level of the owners' house. On one level, it consists of a kitchen, a living room overlooking the terrace and the swimming pool, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bedroom with two 90 cm beds that can be joined, a bathroom water and a separate toilet. WIRELESS. Beds made on arrival and towels included. 2 additional people accepted free of charge in sofa bed. Heating included. Swimming pool shared with the owners, open from June to the end of September depending on the weather. Private parking. Shops and services 1.6 km. Access by external stairs.

4/5Venus sur Clermont pour une formation professionnelle de plusieurs mois.
Nous avons trouvé dans le Gîte "Un Bout de Volcan" le lieu idéal pour vivre cette aventure de la meilleure des façons.
Situé à 15 minutes du centre de Clermont et à une dizaine et quinzaine de minutes de nos sites de formation, tout était réuni pour être le mieux positionnés possible aussi bien les déplacements professionnels que les loisirs.
Des propriétaires présents et attentifs tout en restant discret.
Ce séjour professionnel aura été rendu d'autant plus agréable par ce gîte !
Toutes les commodités sont proches.

5/5Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. La location est spatieuse pour 4 personnes, moderne, confortable (la literie top) . les propriétaires sont accueillants, soucieux du bien être des vacanciers. Vu la chaleur , la piscine est un plus et la location sous la maison, reste à des températures correctes (pas de clim mais franchement ce n'est pas indispensable). Le paysage est magnifique. La location est située sur les hauteurs , au calme. Pour les sportifs, c'est top . Une première pour nous , je recommande !

5/5Extremely comfortable and spacious Gite - very quiet location with swimming pool - overlooking small town adjoining Clermont Ferrand.
Well prepared, organised and helpful Host.
Extremely private Gite with good facilities - outside dining, BBQ with coals provided, Sun Loungers and amusement by Swimming Pool robot, fantastic.
