If you'd like to get together with family or friends in a tastefully decorated Holiday cottage, this house will delight you with its location and pleasant atmosphere. You'll feel right at home.
Right in the heart of the town, you'll be seduced by Billom, which has been awarded the "Pays d'Art et d'Histoire" label, with its well-preserved medieval center. You'll love strolling through what is known as "La Toscane d'Auvergne", named by Catherine de Médicis.
There's plenty to do nearby: start with Billom's not-to-be-missed Market, become a stone-cutter in a workshop at the Maison de l'Améthyste in Le Vernet-Chaméane, discover the banya (a Russian bath) in Egliseneuve des Liards, canoe down the Allier from Dallet or try your hand at Fishing.
Nature lovers and Hiking enthusiasts will discover the landscapes of the Livradois-Forez Regional Nature Park.

The Holiday cottage comprises :

First floor:
- a living room with dining area and open kitchen leading onto a private terrace
- a separate toilet

1st floor:
- a 4-person bedroom with a 160cm bed and two 90cm beds on a mezzanine floor (the ceiling height makes it impossible for an adult to stand upright), and a bathroom with double basins, walk-in shower and WC
- a 4-person room with a 180cm bed and two 90cm beds in a "wooden cabin" (the two areas are independent of each other) and a private bathroom with walk-in shower, bath and WC.

Each room has its own private bathroom or bath/WC and a TV.

Bikes and motorcycles can be stored in the owners' garage.
No private parking, but communal parking nearby.
