Oil-fired heating and electricity included. Private outdoor space with terrace. Numerous leisure activities nearby: outdoor sports (hiking, mountain biking, fishing at Lac de Gayme, etc.), cross-country skiing at 1 km, downhill skiing at Super-Besse or Chastreix-Sancy in 15 min, etc. Small, pleasant village with all amenities (0.5 km). Pet supplement €4.30/day. Only small dogs allowed. Cats are not accepted.

C'est la 2ème fois que nous séjournons dans ce gîte. La propriétaire est très sympathique, discrète mais disponible en cas de besoin. Sa maison est fonctionnelle, confortable et accessible, à pied, pour se rendre à la presse et au petit supermarché très bien achalandé. La boulangerie qui était fermée devrait avoir un repreneur dans les jours à venir. (mais le supermarché vend du bon pain). Pour les marcheurs, Picherande est située proche de belles randonnées avec de magnifiques paysages! Nous avons eu une belle semaine ensoleillée.
