Located in the peaceful hamlet of Picherande, the Holiday cottage "Tza Dédé" is a superb typical Auvergne farmhouse, patiently renovated over four years with taste, care and passion. Spacious, bright and perfectly equipped, the Holiday cottage can accommodate up to 12 people in great comfort. It's ideal for getting together with friends, as a couple or as a family, while preserving everyone's privacy thanks to its beautiful bedrooms and three bathrooms. You'll enjoy a warm interior, with a contemporary, well-kept style and fine finishes: a large, convivial living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a large table for shared meals and a wood-burning stove to warm the atmosphere. Everything has been thought of to make your stay as comfortable as possible, down to the smallest detail. Outside, the large garden offers plenty of space for Kids and summer meals alike. Close to the village, you'll find plenty of activities for the whole family to enjoy, including visits and leisure activities: sled dogs and ski slopes at Super-Besse, cyclo-tourism, not forgetting the rural heritage (bread oven), and a visit to the organic brewery.From the Holiday cottage, you can enjoy a day of Hiking (Lac Chauvet, Cirque de la Fontaine salée, Cascade de la Barthe); or discover the beautiful hiking trails from nearby villages (lakes, waterfalls, Massif du Sancy, Cézallier "little Auvergne Mongolia", Chastreix nature reserve) and, for fishing enthusiasts, Lake Gayme in Picherande.

The Holiday cottage comprises: Ground floor: - a large living room with dining area - an open-plan kitchen - a sitting area - a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and en-suite shower room (accessible to people with reduced mobility) - a separate toilet - a laundry room 1st floor:
- three bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm) - one bedroom with two single beds (90cm) - two shower rooms - a separate WC - a TV lounge area with bay window overlooking the grounds at the rear of the Holiday cottage On the 2nd floor (accessible via a bedroom): - one bedroom with two single beds (90cm) - a small area on the Mezzanine bed The Holiday cottage also has a pétanque court and a ski and bike room.
