A nature refuge in the heart of Livradois-Forez

If you love wide open spaces and nature, this Holiday cottage is for you! Enjoy an exceptional panorama and a comfortable Holiday cottage in the heart of the Livradois Forez Natural Park! The Holiday cottage is located in a hamlet on the heights of Saint-Anthème, in a typical old farmhouse that has been carefully renovated and is completely unoverlooked.

The first floor comprises
- open-plan living room/kitchen with fireplace and wood burner (wood provided)
- a cellar for storing cheese and other victuals
- a laundry room
- separate toilet

1st floor :
- bedroom with double bed (140cm)
- a bedroom with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed
- a large bedroom with four 90cm beds, two of which are bunk beds (3 extra people accepted, €35/pers/week) (top bunk bed is not suitable for kids under 6)
- a shower room
- separate WC

Last but not least, the centerpiece: a magnificent green, flower-filled exterior with a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside, garden furniture and barbecues. Carport (2 spaces), private parking. Small enclosed room for bicycles, equipment, etc. Partly enclosed grounds.

For your convenience, we offer an "all-inclusive" rate (heating, electricity, cleaning, sheets, towels and beds made on arrival).

Many nearby activities: Montpelloux volcano festival, Jasserie du coq noir. Summer: Prabouré Mountain activity park 14 km away: downhill scooter, moutain kart; giant zip-line, rando-ferrata, pony rides, giant toboggan, panoramic tower, nets suspended in the trees, barefoot trails, numerous signposted Hiking trails (GR3 circuit passing in front of the Holiday cottage). In the village: Lake, small Base de loisirs with supervised swimming, pedal boats, fitness trail, boules pitch... Fishing in the Anse river and at the Pradeaux dam lake 6 km away.
