Saint-Sauves d'Auvergne, at the foot of the Auvergne Volcanoes, overlooks the Upper Dordogne Valley. Ideally located in a village designated as a “tourist village,” within the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park, you can explore nearby attractions such as the spa towns of La Bourboule and Mont-Dore, the Sancy Mountains, the Chambon Lakes, Guéry, and Servières, the Millevaches Nature Park in Limousin, and the city of Clermont-Ferrand, just 1 hour away.
The property consists of two adjoining holiday cottages.
This holiday cottage features
on the ground floor: a separate kitchen, a living/dining room, a bedroom with a 140-cm bed, and a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet.
On the first floor: a bedroom with a 140-bed, a bedroom with two 90-beds, another bedroom with two 90-beds, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

Outside, you can enjoy the open garden with pine trees, which is shared with the other holiday cottage and is also part of the municipal park.

    Révision

    Ce gîte est fonctionnel et spacieux mais la promiscuité avec le gîte d'à côté est très désagréable. De plus le passage des patients du cabinet médical est gênant pour eux comme pour les gens qui profitent de l'extérieur. Par ailleurs revoir l'aménagement extérieur afin d'avoir un espace pour chaque gite sans promiscuité. Enfin revoir le ménage avant l'arrivée des locataires notamment les vitres et les toiles d'araignées.

    Gite propre avec 4 chambres

    a l'étage une baignoire une douche serait plus pratique surtout avec 3 chambres

    vaisselle très bien bon matelas rien a redire gite très bien

    Ce gîte couplé à celui qui est mitoyen est idéal pour accueillir la famille.
    Un bémol : parking limité en nombre de place. Un éclairage automatique serait bien venu sur les places de parking "en bas"

    Très bien
    Semaine en automne donc chauffage au sol très agréable. Chambre beau volume. 2 salles de bain quand on est nombreux c'est parfait.
