Located in the charming village of Champeix, this spacious Holiday cottage of over 200 m² welcomes you for a rejuvenating stay with family or friends. Nestled between volcanoes, lakes and mountains, enjoy comfortable accommodation for 14 people, with outdoor spa, gaming room and spacious living areas, ideally located for discovering the wonders of the Auvergne. Its privileged location makes it easy to reach many of the region's tourist attractions, including the Super Besse ski resort, Lake Chambon, Murol Castle, Puy de Dôme and Vulcania.

The house comprises on the first floor
- bedroom with 3 single beds (90cm)
- bathroom with shower, bath and WC
- a small lounge

On the 1st floor :
- a beautiful living room with kitchen/lounge/dining room
- bedroom with 160cm bed / ensuite shower room and WC
- bedroom with three 90cm beds
- separate WC
- a laundry area

2nd floor:
- three bedrooms, each with a 160cm bed
- bathroom with shower and bath
- separate WC
- a gaming room with table soccer, board games and sitting area

Outside, an uncovered Spa allows you to enjoy a moment of Wellbeing in the open air.

Families with young Kids also benefit from a wide range of facilities, including three Umbrella beds with mattresses, three high chairs, two safety gates, a changing table with mattress and an infant bathtub.

To preserve the tranquillity of the premises, parties and events are not permitted. Pets are not allowed, and plugging in electric vehicles is prohibited (charging stations are available in Champeix). The maximum capacity of the Holiday cottage is 14 people, including Kids and babies. The number of guests present must correspond to the number declared at the time of booking. For safety reasons, access to the jacuzzi is strictly reserved for people aged 16 and over.
