The Semi-detached house is attached to a residential building and is accessed via a steep, cobbled pedestrian alley.
The village of Montpeyroux offers restaurants, craft workshops, heritage sites, outdoor sports (hiking, mountain biking, etc.), swimming and water sports at Lake Aydat, and much more...

The Holiday cottage consists of :

- bedroom with double bed (140cm)
- bedroom with double bed (140cm)
- a bedroom with two bunk beds (4 beds 90), the upper beds are not suitable for Kids under 6 - it is also important to note that the two bunk beds are not suitable for adults/.

- two separate WCs

Outside, you'll enjoy a magnificent unobstructed view of the Massif du Sancy and a pleasant swimming pool (heated from early June to late September, depending on the weather), outdoor shower and WC.
The Holiday cottage's own vegetable garden is available for gardening enthusiasts and gourmets.
