In the heart of the Auvergne, the Holiday cottage is located in the Livradois-Forez Park. Discover Sauxillanges and its Cluniac heritage, and Usson, one of France's most beautiful villages. Escape to the wide-open spaces of the Livradois mountains for some great Hiking. Stroll along rivers and lakes... You'll be close to Issoire, with its Romanesque church of St-Austremoine, its narrow streets and its many cultural and sporting activities. The gîte has been fully restored and fitted out for 6 people.

It comprises: On the garden level: - a kitchen opening onto the living room, leading onto a private terrace - a separate WC On the 1st floor: - two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90cm) - one bedroom with a single bed (140cm) - a shower room/WC Dogs are accepted on condition that they do not climb into the bedrooms or onto the sofas, and that they are clean and well-behaved (please inform us of their presence at the time of booking). Any damage will be deducted from the security deposit. Cats are not accepted due to allergies. Baby equipment on request: high chair, folding bed, bathtub... Please note: During weekends (except summer), bank holidays and Christmas vacations, we prefer to rent our Holiday cottages MANAJEP (29 pers.) and HELIMO (18 pers.), or the entire Holiday cottage village of Goulapie (47 pers.). Don't hesitate to make a pre-application for the rental of a single cottage. Depending on the status of our bookings, we'll examine the feasibility of your request and get back to you within the day. The Goulapie Holiday cottage village comprises 6 holiday cottages for 2 to 14 people, which can be rented together or separately for a total of 4 people. Reception rooms available for hire on request.
