Just a stone's throw from Lake Chambon, this detached house comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. Nestled in a peaceful village, it offers a perfect balance between summer by the lake and winter in the mountains. Here, you can breathe, take your time and go Hiking as soon as you walk in the door. The Sancy massif, the GR30, the Chaudefour valley, lakes and volcanoes: the great landscapes are all around. As the seasons go by, the Holiday cottage becomes an ideal base camp for lovers of nature, hiking and fresh air.
A simple, comfortable and perfectly located base for exploring the wonders of the Puy-de-Dôme.

The Holiday cottage, accessible by three steps, comprises :

First floor:
- a living room with two sofas and an armchair
- a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room. Access to the enclosed garden is via the dining room.
- a bathroom with shower and bathtub
- a toilet
- a storeroom with washing machine
1st floor :
- bedroom with double bed (140cm)
- bedroom with double bed (140cm)
- bedroom with 160cm bed
- bedroom with 1 x 90cm bed

Outside, the terrace is equipped with wooden garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue. The fully enclosed garden has a swing for young Kids under 6.
Electric recharging (car and/or bike) is not permitted in this Holiday cottage. The nearest charging points are in Murol.
