Located in the heart of the village of Champeix, across from the church, this charming holiday cottage—entirely and tastefully restored and spread over three levels—welcomes you for a comfortable stay.
There are many activities nearby: hot-air balloon rides, exploring the historic villages of Montpeyroux and Saint-Floret, touring the Jonas Caves, as well as cross-country skiing and downhill skiing just 30 minutes away.

On the ground floor:
- a spacious 85 m² living room with a wood-burning stove and open kitchen
- a separate restroom

On the first floor:
- two bedrooms with two 90 beds that can be pushed together
- one bedroom with a 140 bed
- a bathroom with a toilet

In the basement: a large, unheated space with a garage (space for 2 cars), a ping-pong table, a weight bench, and an elliptical trainer.

Gîte spacieux et très confortable

Séjour de deux semaines très agréable dans ce gîte spacieux, décoré avec goût et très confortable.
Accueil chaleureux de la part des propriétaires.
Gîte situé à proximité des commerces : on peut faire ses courses à pied dans un village très joli et une région magnifique.

Vive l'Auvergne et Champeix.

Propriétaires très accueillants, discrets et à l'écoute. Étant natifs mon frère et moi d'Issoire, avons pu renouer sur les lieux de notre naissance et des endroits parcourus dont Champeix. l'Auvergne est à découvrir et dans ce gîte c'était un lieu extraordinaire. Merci a Mr et Mme Gusta pour cet accueil chaleureux. Belle année.
