Come and enjoy a stay in this pretty stone house and discover Montpeyroux and Usson, villages classified as among the most beautiful in France, La Chaise-Dieu, Lavaudieu, the mine museum at Brassac-les-Mines, the Mailhat church at Lamontgie, the amethyst house at Le Vernet-Chaméane or the swimming lake at Le Vernet-la-Varenne, visit the museum and the amethyst mine at Le Vernet-la-Varenne. This house, adjoining another gîte, comprises a first floor and an upper floor with a living room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3 double beds, 4 single beds), shower room, bathroom and 2 separate WCs. Mon gîte se situe à Peslières, petit village d'Auvergne, dans les monts du Livradois, au sud-est d'Issoire.
Issoire, à 35 min, c'est l'Auvergne du Sud avec ses places arrosées de fontaines où il fait bon flâner l'été, ses tuiles canal, ses génoises, ses vignes à flanc de coteau. A visiter l'incontournable chef d'œuvre de l'art roman auvergnat : l'abbatiale Saint-Austremoine.
A 15 min, le château de Montfort du XIIème siècle, remanié au XVIIème siècle, qui domine le bourg et le plan d'eau du Vernet-la-Varenne où vous pourrez profiter d'un moment de baignade ou d'une partie de volley sur la plage aménagée.
proximité, vous pouvez partir à la découverte d'un des "Plus Beaux Villages de France " du Puy-de-Dôme : Usson à seulement 30 min.
