-a fully-equipped kitchen (two steps up to the entrance)
-a living room with dining area (access by one step)
-a bedroom with two twin 80cm beds
-a shower room
-a separate WC
bedroom with 160cm bed and en-suite shower room (access by one step)

Access to the outside area is via a private internal staircase also leading to the private laundry room, or via the outside of the property (access via three steps).
The private garden is on the left-hand side facing the house (the other half belongs to the neighboring apartment).
